FPS Converter (Different BB Weights)

Postby fazi13 » Wed Nov 02, 2011 7:24 pm

Hey everyone, I found a pretty cool FPS converter for different BB weights. I think a lot of people actually have no real idea how to convert the FPS of a .20g BB to a .25g BB, so here's the website and a quick tutorial on how to do it. http://www.gamepod.com/fps_calculator.php

1. Input the weight of the BB and FPS with that BB into "Input 1" boxes
2. Calculate it and it should give you the Joules
3. Input the weight of the BB you want to find out and the Joules you got from the first calculation into "Input 2" boxes
4. Calculate it and the FPS it gives you should be the FPS with whatever weight BB you entered into Input 2.
I've attached a picture of me converting 330 FPS w/ .12g BBs to the FPS of .20g BBs and it comes out to ~255FPS
Airsoft GI G4-A3 Kills: 107
Echo 1 M28 Kills: 12
KWA M93R: 24
Note: preferred weapon of choice
Total Number of Official Games: CQB: 2 Field: 1
Note: Avatar had to be shrunk and quality had to be decreased.. This is what you get for using an 8MP camera lol
