High cap mags and mid cap mags?

Im planning on buying an echo 1 full metam m4, the new one. That doesent come with a mid cap

I also wanted to know how you tell a m4/m16 mag from being plastic or metal?

I actually believe it comes with two mags one high one mid. If you watched the ASGI review on ASGI TV Tim actually gets it wrong when he says "two high caps".

I do agree that guns should come with Mids, but because most people don't like mag changes and can deal with the winding and noise, I don't think they'll change it very soon. But, if you're looking for some good mids, I'd go with the G&G 79rd Mids. They're Full metal and the BB follower will feed every last BB.
